The Client had developed novel devices for multiple applications including for dermatology, cosmetics, plastic surgery and aesthetics. The products already had CE marking and some of the products were undergoing clinical trials in USA and Europe. Considering the novel application and global demand of the product the Management of the Client organization was seeking avenues to maximize its early revenue from the product by establishing a global brand through seamless distribution. Client needed a Strategic Partner to take their products in global markets.
